Poor customer service- the clerk was difficult to understand and didn't provide explanations for the discrepancies between the online reservation system and the on-site pick-up problems. He didn't even make an effort to help me, he just put up obstacles and stopped talking.

Worst ever experience with a rental company, very rude staff. Very hostile, angry and aggressive behavior. I reserved a car to be picked up at 12:00 pm and I was there at 12:05. They claimed that they have no cars left as I could see alot of vehicles in the parking lot. After a long discussion they transferred my reservation to the airport. Caused me delays and unnecessary Uber charge.
